Safe & Sparkle 24/7 Cleaning Co. Pty. Ltd. (ACN 692 951 090)
By accepting a quote or booking a service with Safe & Sparkle 24/7 Cleaning Co. Pty. Ltd., the Customer agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Provision
Safe & Sparkle will provide cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.
Any changes to the scope of work must be requested through management and not directly to the onsite cleaning staff.
For One-Off Cleans (End of Lease, Post-Construction, Industrial), the client must inspect the property before staff leave the site to address any immediate concerns.
2. Access and Safety
The Customer must provide a safe working environment and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
If a cleaner is unable to gain access (e.g., locked gates, no key), a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee applies.
Property must have active power and hot water for all cleaning services.
Biohazard Clause: We reserve the right to amend the quote or refuse service if the property contains undisclosed biohazardous materials (including mould, bodily fluids, or animal waste). Specialized cleaning of this nature incurs a higher rate due to PPE and disposal requirements.
3. Equipment and Heavy Items
Unless otherwise agreed, Safe & Sparkle provides professional-grade equipment.
Staff will not move heavy furniture (e.g., fridges, washing machines). These must be moved by the Customer prior to the clean if cleaning behind/underneath is required.
We accept no liability for damage to floors caused by the Customer moving their own furniture.
4. Payment and Pricing
Residential/One-Off: Payment is due via Cash or EFT on the day of service. For EFT, funds must clear or a remittance must be provided before the service begins.
Commercial/Trade Accounts: Subject to approved trade credit terms. Overdue accounts may incur a 10% late fee.
GST: All prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Safe & Sparkle reserves the right to review and increase pricing with 30 days' notice to regular contract clients.
Default & Consequences: If the Customer fails to make payment when due, the Customer shall indemnify Safe & Sparkle 24/7 Cleaning Co. Pty. Ltd. from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by us in pursuing the debt (including but not limited to internal administration fees, legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis, and mercantile agent's commission).
5. Liability and Damages
Any claims for damage must be reported to Safe & Sparkle management within 24 hours of the service completion.
Pre-existing Damage: Safe & Sparkle accepts no liability for pre-existing damage (scratches, scuffs, or structural defects) identified after a site clean. For Post-Construction and Industrial services, any quality claims must be raised during the final site walk-through before our team departs.
Our Public Liability Insurance does not cover loss of cash or jewellery; customers are advised to secure valuables prior to the service.
6. Cancellations and Non-Solicitation
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any service cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 fee.
Non-Solicitation: The Customer agrees not to directly engage or employ any staff member or contractor introduced by Safe & Sparkle for a period of 12 months following the termination of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
